Ingredients: 2-1/2 cups all purpose baking flour. 1 Tsp baking soda. 1/2 Tsp salt. 2 Eggs. 1 Egg white. 1-1/4 cups almond milk. 1/2 Tsp apple vinegar. 1/2 cup coconut oil. Preparation method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together the liquid ingredients at a low speed. Then, gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until well combined. Grease loaf pan with coconut oil and pour the mix. Bake for 50 minutes Cool before slicing and serve. Ideal for: donuts, cookies, muffins, bread, brownies, pancakes, pie crust.
